Seagulls Galore

It was a rainy, dreary day, but we still had fun going for a drive.  Obviously, there was a seagull convention at this rest area.

The Mighty Anvil

 I don't recall hearing of an "anvil" cloud formation before yesterday.  It was huge, imposing, and reminded me a little of a nuclear explosion.
