 I saw these happy little Daffodils at the store tonight.  They are so cute and made me smile.

One of the things I love the most about genealogy research is the fact that if you lose a loved one, you can just skip back to when they were a kid and had their whole life ahead of them.  My dad's death jump-started my research.  

Notably

 My great-grandfather had a very impressive mustache.  If he were to wax it, he could have registered it as a dangerous weapon.

 I don't know who this guy is, but boy is he fancy!  That suit!  That hat!  Those socks!  He could easily be a model for the roaring 20s.

 We made S'mores in the fireplace this evening.  Reminds me of the church campouts of my youth.
