Cousinly

Digging in the archives again tonight.  My cousin and I at Grandma's house.  She has my Raggedy Ann doll and I have her doll.  I don't remember if I was ok with that or not.

Also a good shot of one of my grandma's lamps.  The table it is sitting on is also part of the ensemble, as you can see from the portion of the pedestal base that is visible.  It fascinated me as a kid.

Techie Corner
I love the quality of the old Kodak safety film 2x2 negatives.  I wish my mom had never switched to 110 film.

Peculiarity

One of my turkey friends was hanging out at the shopping center tonight, as usual.  I pulled up and parked because at first, it looked like Turkey Lurkey (TL for short) was dead, but in reality, he was just stuffing his face with birdseed and bread that someone had put out for them.

When TL finally looked my way and saw me roll down my window, he decided to come over and investigate.  We had a nice chat and then he sat down next to my truck and submitted to a photoshoot.  I swear turkey heads are so peculiar.  They look like some sort of space alien!

When I was ready to leave and head to the pet store, TL continued to sit. When I finished at the pet store and drove back around, he was still sitting.  I don't know where they go for shelter, but hopefully someplace warm.

Filmy

Tonight I took a trip in the Wayback Machine to 2004.  Wow, talk about the memories.  This was just one of many printing stations at Proex Central Lab.  We processed a lot of film back then!
