Springtimey

This is another of the "lost" images that I didn't find until I started scanning old negatives.

Ironically

Edie sold Avon for decades, lots and lots of it.  She was very good at it.   Every year our women's group at church had a Christmas gift exchange.  Edie opened up her gifts and, ironically, it was Avon!  She took it in stride though, putting on a brave face for the camera.

Chunky

We were passing through Monticello today and made a stop at East Bridge Park.  With the spring thaw, big chunks of ice, flotsam and whole trees were traveling down the Mississippi.  Here's one piece of said ice.

Rarity

Back in the day, our church people would go on campouts at Lake Independence.  These two guys did not normally wear shorts, so of course, I had to get photographic evidence of the rare event.
