Spring?  The commute this morning.  11°F and washboard ice roads.  But at least it was pretty.

Persistently

Spring?  What Spring?  It's been snowing most of the day.  The ground was mostly clear yesterday.

Freezingly

My mom, defying the cold.  You may notice the Bell Telephone sign above her head.  Her parents ran the the local phone service out of their home.  Mom grew up manning the switchboard instead of doing household chores.
