Imploringly

Still sifting through negatives.  Don't know if my kitty ever got the frozen strawberry, but he was pretty determined to have it.

110 negative scanned with Epson V600.

Snooty

It's hard to be humble when you look this good.  As seen in 2003.

Negative scanned with Epson V600.

Awkwardly

When you just want to put off facing the day as long as possible.

Tonight I was sifting through 110 negatives.  I hate 110 film because it is poor quality and is hard to work with.  This one was well exposed, though.  Maybe a little bit too much exposure.  hmmmmm

Ordinary

More from the "lost" images I was talking about yesterday

There is nothing extraordinary about this image.  It was poorly exposed and possibly wasn't even printed at the time it was developed.  What caught my eye is that it could have been taken this week in south Minneapolis instead of almost 50 years ago, if it wasn't for a couple of things.

One thing is the antique snowblower my dad is using.  I'm not sure why, but by the time I was aware of such things, dad only used a shovel, so this is a rare shot indeed.   Not sure why he didn't continue using a snowblower.

And the main thing that shows this isn't a modern view of Minneapolis is the 55 gallon drums being used as trash cans!  It's funny how something so simple and mundane can really date a picture.
