Calamity
10 documentary images in tonight's post. More from my stop at MA last night. Still surreal to me.
The blast blew out all the windows on the 46th Avenue side of the building.
A giant hole between the buildings now.
You can see doors with sliding floors on the right.
Closer view of the doors with sliding floors.
Windows still intact on the 32nd Street side.
From the West River Parkway side.
Close up from the West River Parkway side.
Buildings can be rebuilt, but people can't. My prayers go out to all those who knew receptionist, Ruth Berg, and custodian, John Carlson. I am also thankful that school wasn't in session, or the toll would be much higher.

Sadly
There is nothing remarkable about this scanned image from my high school graduation. But for most of the day, I have been focused on the news surrounding the explosion of my alma mater, Minnehaha Academy. So I decided to blog about it too.
I feel sad for the lives lost, but thankful that school wasn't in session.
