In the Doghouse
For my 1100th blog, I'm going back to 2010 and a photoshoot that has yielded other poses for my blog.
I've resisted using this one, as it isn't technically sound, (my fault!) but I just couldn't resist the priceless facial expressions anymore.

Bouncy
When I was in grade school, we didn't have a playground – we had a parking lot. So we had to be more creative at recess, which often times involved something that bounced. I unearthed a container of my treasures today. The grinning one is "Super Pinky", which was great for throwing against the No Parking signs bolted to the side of the school. We would make a game of how many times in a row we could hit the sign. Good times!

Passkey to Avalon
This reminds me of something that would be on a book cover – a mystery or a fantasy, or both! Maybe Narnia meets King Arthur. And the book would need a really cool name. Something like....
I had fun building up the base image with On1's Perfect Effects 9.5.

American School Songs
Found my grandmother's glasses and school song book. Flipped through the songs and thought this one was very apropos for the upcoming election.

Jelly Out of Time
"NEW PLASTIC NURSERY JAR" Remember when plastic was a new concept? I guarantee you, the jelly in this jar is anything but new. In fact, the last time it was opened, which was probably over 20 years ago, it smelled more like something that you would put in your engine than on your baby's butt. It's now approximately 45 years old and I'm sure this would work perfectly in my husband's diesel truck.

Cloudy with a Chance of Bean
Is there such a thing as Turn Back Tuesday, since it isn't throwback Thursday yet? Anyway, took the original image in 2007 and re-worked it today with a little magic.
